BIM MANAGER / AUTODESK CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL IN REVIT
We'll ask you to:

Manage integration of Autodesk Revit software and develop office standards

Lead creation of library for Revit components, families, standard details, etc.

Ensure overall consistency, quality and technical accuracy of office Revit standards
-
Implement Revit standards with other team members
-
Teach other team members of varying skill levels how to use Revit to achieve highly detailed output for use in construction documents
-
Assist in developing construction documents and details while maintaining project schedule
-
Recognize and bring forward potential construction conflicts and difficulties identified during design
-
Address redline comments to meet internal/external expectations
-
Translate rough sketches into dimensioned drawings
-
Work directly with the Project Manager/Architect with various tasks on multiple projects
-
Assist in coordinating building systems drawings (structural, mechanical, etc.) with architectural design
Show us that you:
-
Earned a Degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture or related field
-
Have 5+ years’ experience with Revit in an architectural firm setting; senior housing, multifamily and/or hospitality experience preferred
-
Are an Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) in Revit for Architectural Design
-
Exhibit a high level of proficiency with Revit based drafting and BIM standards
-
Are detail-oriented, responsible, highly organized and self-directed
-
Possess a basic understanding of building construction and compilation of construction documents

Will clearly communicate and collaborate with your team
