Discovery Meeting
Let’s talk about your project and what you have in mind. From here we’ll be able to start forming a path to get you going in the right direction.
Preliminary Design
Gather the ideas and put them on paper. We’ll research the City’s requirements to ensure we propose a layout that is feasible. The site plan and building elevations will then be refined and brought into focus.
Design Development
Entitlement Approvals
We collabor8te with engineers and consultants to coordinate all the technical components of your project.
Through various submittals to the City’s planning department, planning approval will be obtained and the design process continues.
Interior Design
If desired, we assist with design concepts, interior finishes, fixture selection and furniture procurement.
Construction Documents
The drawings and specifications are finalized and submitted for review. Building permit approvals are obtained.
Construction Administration
Support the Owner and Contractor by answering questions, reviewing construction submittals, making site visits and issuing field observation reports. We can also assist with project close out.
