JUNIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
We'll ask you to:

Provide technical skills in the planning and designing of senior housing and other projects

Collaborate with internal teams to establish project direction, timeline and deliverables
-
Work within schedules to coordinate timely completion of tasks to final project completion

Research and identify design solutions that meet client needs, design intent, budget and timeline
-
Stay knowledgeable of finish material and furniture solutions, trends, technical specification and applications, design concepts, work styles, ADA and ergonomic requirements and guidelines

Prepare conceptual, schematic and final design presentations
-
Participate in interior finish selection process with input from various internal teams
-
Generate accurate and timely plans and specifications for each project

Participate in pre-installation meetings with Project Manager and installers
Show us that you:
-
Earned a Four-year Interior Design degree or equivalent
-
Have 3+ years’ of professional experience; 1+ years’ of experience in senior living industry preferred; senior housing, multifamily and/or hospitality experience preferred

Are experienced in selecting and specifying interior finish materials, furniture, fixtures and equipment
-
Exhibit proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit, SketchUp and Bluebeam a plus
-
Are detail-oriented and highly organized
-
Have the ability to stay focused, track and manage multiple projects and deadlines

Desire to successfully integrate with architectural design team in a dynamic, collaborative environment
