We'll ask you to:

• Prepare exhibits and drawings for all phases of the building design process for senior housing, multifamily, hospitality and other projects ranging in size and complexity

• Develop construction documents and details while maintaining project schedule

• Recognize and bring forward potential construction conflicts and difficulties identified during design

• Address redline comments to meet internal/external expectations

• Translate rough sketches into dimensioned drawings

• Work directly with the Project Manager/Architect with various tasks on multiple projects

• Assist with review of zoning/planning requirements and building codes

• Attend coordination meetings; review and coordinate documents with your team

• Coordinate building systems drawings (structural, mechanical, etc.) with architectural design

• Ensure overall consistency, quality and technical accuracy of construction documents

Show us that you:

• Earned a Degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture or related field

• Have 8+ years’ experience with architectural construction documents; senior housing, multifamily and/or hospitality experience preferred

• Exhibit expert level knowledge of AutoCAD; Revit, Sketchup, and Bluebeam a plus

• Are detail-oriented, responsible, highly organized, and self-directed

• Possess a solid understanding of building construction

• Will clearly communicate and collaborate with your team

• Have desire to manage multiple priorities and a variety of projects simultaneously
